Yoga & Soul Seed Masterclass

With breathwork and gentle somatic movement, we will calm the nervous system and prepare the soil of your being for renewal. Together, we will cultivate joy, balance, and resilience as we walk our creative path and plant the seeds for what is yet to come.

In this masterclass, you will be guided through 45–60 minutes of gentle restorative yoga and somatic movement. The session is open to every body, regardless of skill level.
We will continue with a journaling exercise to plant seeds and intentions for the year as it opens up with the arrival of Spring. This masterclass is part of the full Soul Seed Training for Mental Wellbeing, and everyone is welcome.
Discover peace within to calm, restore, and unburden. Let’s pamper and begin to energize our bodies for the new season.
Please bring: A yoga mat, water, and a notebook with your choice of pens, pencils, or markers for journaling.

General Information and Requirements: 

• Date: Thursday April 30th
• Time: 6:00 PM –  8:30 PM
• Place: The Clemente Room 309  (107 Suffolk St, New York, NY 10002). In-person class.
• Please bring your own mat and dress in comfortable clothes.
• Maximum number of participants: 16.
• Duration: The master class will last approximately 2.5 hours.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the class. The class will start on time.
• You are required to be present during the whole session. Do not register if you cannot be present for the entire class.
• No one will be admitted once the class has started. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Estas clases magistrales se realizan una vez al mes y se ofrecen a un precio asequible para la comunidad en general, además de ser completamente gratuitas para los miembros de HOLA.

Cancellation Policy:

• This complimentary offer for HOLA members is subject to limited availability. We ask that you register only if you can attend the entire event.
• In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for your prompt notification with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please send an email to inform us of your cancellation at education@holaofficial.org.
• Failure to provide timely notice or being a no-show will result in a 3-month restriction from participating in HOLA programming, starting from the event date.
• To register for events during the restriction period, a $35 penalty fee will be required to waive the restriction.
